Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DriveSmart mobile application operated by DriveSmart ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using DriveSmart, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
DriveSmart is a driver optimization platform that helps rideshare and delivery drivers track earnings, mileage, expenses, and provides AI-powered surge predictions. We are not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, or any other rideshare/delivery platform.
You must provide a valid phone number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use DriveSmart.
DriveSmart offers free and paid subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's store settings. Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies.

Surge Predictions: Surge predictions and smart alerts are AI-generated estimates based on historical data, events, and weather. They are not guarantees of actual surge pricing. We are not responsible for earnings decisions made based on predictions.
Tax Estimates: Tax deduction estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for your specific situation.
Mileage Tracking: GPS-based mileage tracking depends on device accuracy and signal availability. Always verify logged miles against your own records.
DriveSmart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
The DriveSmart app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by DriveSmart and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
