Ride & Earnings Data: We store ride logs, earnings, expenses, and mileage data that you enter or import. This data is used solely to provide our services to you.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect GPS location data for mileage tracking and surge prediction features. Location data is processed in real-time and not stored beyond what is needed for mileage logs.

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our services (ride tracking, earnings analytics, tax estimates)
• To generate personalized surge predictions and smart alerts
• To process subscription payments through Apple App Store / Google Play
• To send important service notifications
• To improve our app and develop new features

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting (AWS), payment processing (Apple/Google via RevenueCat), authentication (Twilio) — only as needed to operate the service

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), encrypted database storage, and secure authentication. Your password is never stored — we use phone-based OTP verification.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support@udrivesmart.com or using the "Delete Account" option in the app.
