iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → ForgeBuild → Cancel. Apple handles cancellations directly, so the change is instant. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases". The app checks your Apple ID for an active subscription and unlocks immediately.
Your data lives only on your phone — we don't have a server, so we can't see or reset it from our side. You can reset everything from the You tab → Clear all data. That can't be undone, so export your JSON first if you want a copy.
After each set you can tap an RPE (how hard it felt, 6 to 10). When you complete two clean sessions for an exercise — every set done at RPE 7 or lower — ForgeBuild bumps the weight on the next session: 5 lb for upper-body lifts, 10 lb for lower-body lifts. A heavy day (RPE 9 or 10) holds the weight steady.
Yes. You tab → Edit profile → Days per week. Forge picks the matching upper/lower split template (3, 4, 5, or 6 days). Your existing logs stay intact.
That's the point of the app. The only notification is a workout reminder you set yourself.
Yes. Everything except the in-app purchase flow works offline.
Not today. Forge is single-device by design. Use the JSON export from the You tab if you want to move data between devices manually. Cloud sync is on the someday list.
