Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CleanOS Pro mobile application operated by Digital Horizon Global ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading, installing, or using CleanOS Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CleanOS Pro is a device storage optimization app that scans for duplicate photos, duplicate contacts, and helps users free up storage space. All processing occurs on-device.
CleanOS Pro offers free and paid tiers:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
You agree not to:
Photo Deletion: When you delete duplicate photos through CleanOS Pro, they are moved to your device's Recently Deleted album (recoverable for 30 days by iOS). We also maintain a recovery bin within the app. However, permanently deleted items cannot be recovered.
Contact Merging: When contacts are merged, all unique phone numbers and email addresses are preserved in the merged contact. Original duplicate entries are deleted.
CleanOS Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss.
The CleanOS Pro app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Digital Horizon Global and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
