Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

TruckerLog stores all data locally on your device. We collect:

Profile information you provide: name, phone, email, CDL details, truck/carrier info
Expense logs: amounts, categories, vendor names, dates
Load information: load numbers, pickup/delivery addresses, rates
Mileage data: GPS coordinates (when tracking), odometer readings
Location data: used for GPS tracking, weather alerts, and deadhead calculations

All expense, load, and mileage data stays on your device
Location data is used only for GPS tracking, route calculations, and weather
Receipt/document scanning is processed on-device using OCR (no images are sent to our servers)
We do not sell, share, or transmit your personal data to third parties

HERE Maps: For truck-aware routing and geocoding. We send origin/destination addresses and your truck dimensions (height, weight, length, axle count, hazmat class) to calculate safe routes. No personal identity, no driver name, no CDL data is ever sent. See HERE's privacy policy.
Open-Meteo: For weather data (only GPS coordinates, no personal info)
Google Maps / Apple Maps: Optional — only when you tap Navigate for turn-by-turn voice directions, which opens your preferred external maps app
RevenueCat: For subscription management (anonymous user ID only)

All data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We do not maintain servers that store your personal trucking data.

You can delete all your data at any time from the Profile screen. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data.
